Biomor is a privately owned by its strategic investor Agrimor and by its founders. The company received financing from the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Israel. Biomor was awarded the OCS First Place Excellence Award for the Outstanding Project of the Technological Incubators in Israel for 2004 (out of approximately two hundred incubator companies).

Kobi Spector - CEO
Mr. Spector Joined Biomor in April 2006. Mr. Spector brings with him over 20 years of senior management experience in a long list of Start-ups in the fields of Biotechnology, Medical diagnostics and equipment and Semiconductors. In his last position Mr. Spector served for 7 years as VP business Development for Shellcase Ltd, a public traded IP company and a leader in the semiconductors miniaturization industry. During his service the company grew from 20 to 240 employees while obtaining a world leader position in its field, Constructing state-of-the art production facilities in Israel and in JV’s in Taiwan, Korea (where Mr. Spector served as board member) and China and Licensing its technology to a number of the world’s leading semiconductors companies. At the fall of 2005, Shellcase’s IP was sold for US$33M to Tessera Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSRA). Mr. Spectors unique, extensive and diversified experience in R&D, Operations, and mostly in Business Development and international Marketing and Sales, expands Biomor’s management’s expertise and supports its plans in further expanding its international business and range of applications. Mr. Spector holds a B.S. in Agriculture, Biochemistry and Physiology, and double Master's Degree in Business Management and Applied Science, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dani Neifeld – Founder and COO
Mr. Neifeld has founded Biomor with a vision to bring solutions to professional farming that will be effective and at the same time ecologically sound. Mr. Neifeld has drawn on his vast hands-on experience in farming as well as on his entrepreneurial spirit. The idea of using Tea Tree Oil based compounds came to him when he spent a number of years working in Australia where Tea Tree Oil is used traditionally for human pharmacological uses.
Mr. Neifeld has industrial and management experience. In addition he was responsible for 3000 youth in one of Israel's youth movements. Mr. Neifeld holds an MA in History and a BSc. degree in Biology and Ecology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
 

Prof. Moshe Reuveni – Co-Founder and Chief Scientist
Prof. Reuveni received his Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the Department of Life Sciences of Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He spent four years as post -doctoral research fellow and research associate at the Plant Pathology Department, University of Kentucky, USA, and worked for three years as senior research scientist for Plant Biotechnology Industry in Israel. He joined the Golan Research Institute, University of Haifa in Israel in 1990 and since 1999 he serves as the Head of the Institute.
His research is mainly focused on various aspect of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Major research interests include the role of biological, physiological and molecular aspects of induced and non-induced resistance to fungal diseases, the development of new anti-fungal compounds for reduction of pesticide usage and disease control; the development of new broad-spectrum bio-organic tea tree-based formulations for the control of plant diseases.

Dr. Gregory Pipco – Chief Chemist
Dr. Pipco received his Ph.D. in Chemical Technology from the Soviet Academy of Science in Kiev in 1970. in the early 70’s he became a dissident in the USSR  and after a struggle managed to gain his freedom and immigrated to Israel in 1972. He continued his academic career as a Sr. Fellow Researcher and Consultant in the faculty of Chemical Engineering Science in the Technion, in Haifa.
Dr. Pipco has accumulated vast industrial, consulting and R&D experience in various positions and companies.
His Research Activity resulted in over thirty published papers and more than fifty patents in broad areas including fungicides, inorganic compounds for agricultural and civil engineering, Anticorrosive pigments based on slow release technology; Conductive Ceramics; Salt separation in electrostatic field, Development of new fertilizers and slow released fertilizers, new processes for obtaining nitrates and phosphates; liquid extraction; ion exchange and more.

Dr. Zvi Paster – Director and Regulation Consultant
Dr. Zvi Paster has over 25 years of experience in toxicology, with particular experience in the registration and notification of pesticides and other agro products and in developing regulatory strategies for gaining product registration and approval from the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and EU authorities.
In the past he headed the Marketing Department of agro-chemicals giant Makhteshim-Agan Industries, were he was responsible for product strategy for both new products development and the existing product lines. There he also led a team of scientists and agronomists in the development, from synthesis through registration to launch, of a very successful innovative pesticide.
Zvi received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and had been a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Neurobiology in the University of Southern California

Dan Mayshar – Director and Regulation Consultant
Dan has more than 40 years experience in the agro industry, including approximately 30 years in agro-chemicals giant Makhteshim-Agan Industries, where he filled many management positions including World Wide manager of the herbicide product line, Marketing and development manager for the European operations and export manager for global regions ranging from Asia through Europe to Latin America. Dan has particular expertise in the regulatory requirements of the EU authorities, and manages Biomor’s regulatory efforts in the EU.

Yoram Zor - Global Marketing Consultant.
Yoram has over 30 years of experience in introduction and marketing of plant protection inputs in the global agro industry, with 25 years of various positions in Maketeshim-Agan group as Asia/Africa and Australia export manager, Global insecticide marketing manager and several years of managerial overseas positions in Japan and India.
Yoram has an MSD degree in Entomology from the Hebrew University in Jeruslaem.
